Cancellations Policy

If you need to cancel an order, here we explain when it's possible and how to do it.
1. Cancellation before shipping
If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can request its cancellation and we'll refund the full amount. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
2. Cancellation after shipping
If your order has already shipped, it can't be canceled, but you can request a return under our Returns Policy once you receive it.
3. How to request a cancellation
To cancel an order, contact us through the store's channels with your order number. We'll confirm whether cancellation is possible based on the order's status.
4. Cancellation refunds
When a cancellation is approved, the refund is issued to the same payment method you used. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
