Returns Policy

We want you to receive the correct part in good condition. If you need to return a product, here we explain when it applies and how to do it.
1. Return window
You can request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. The final window is confirmed by TS Industrial.
2. Product condition
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. Some parts, by their nature, may not be eligible for return.
3. How to request a return
To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason. We'll tell you the steps to follow and the address to send the product to.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the product, we process the refund to the same payment method you used. Return shipping costs may be your responsibility, unless it was our error or a defective part.
